A depth of management experience in the cleaning industry is at the core of Wynford Services. When you select Wynford Services as your commercial cleaning provider you are choosing a highly experienced professional team. All staff participate in training including video instruction on cleaning procedures and health & safety programs and we conduct six month quality control audits of staff members. We provide the equipment and materials required to perform our duties and staff wear distinctive uniforms and work within hours dictated by our clients.
With each new account a thorough assessment and set-up is conducted to ensure the efficient delivery of service. Quality assurance is our method of measuring standards and activities, and quality improvement is undertaken to keep us moving forward in the level of service we provide.
Management is available at all times to meet with clients to review their service needs and to swiftly address any situations that require action.
